Counselling

Why Counselling?

People’s reasons to come to counselling are many. They may feel like they are struggling, stuck, confused or just want to gain a deeper understanding and insight into what is going on for them right now.

Although friends and family can provide some support, these resources may become tired or you may need to talk about something that you don’t want to share with them for whatever reasons. Or perhaps these people in your life are part of the issue you want to get clarity on.

Even though those close to us mean well, we don’t always feel heard by them.

Counselling is the opportunity to talk and be heard without judgement, in a safe and confidential setting.
